Support Local Business
When was the last time you needed a tradesman for your home?
Did you just ‘google’ for an electrician straight off the bat, or did you ask family and friends for a trusted referral?
As much as I love to ‘surf’ for information, when it comes to my family I’m sure going to check that the tradesman I choose has been referred by a trusted source, I guess that’s because I’ve seen what happens when a ‘cowboy’ gets involved.
Support your local business … Google the trade you want and put the city you are in .. who comes up?
Although major internet search engines are an alternative to flicking through the Yellow Pages, really thinking about your local business, they stand with you at school fund raisers, local sporting events and give way more than any national or international based business.
People buy from people …
It doesn’t matter what you are selling, it really does boil down to whether they know, like and trust you – FULL STOP.
Does your product or service solve their problem?
Are you providing true ‘value’ to that particular customer as an individual?
Is there a market for your product or service?
Have you tested the market?
Keep in touch with existing customers – pure ‘gold’ is in your existing data base, it may only take a card in the mail every 90 days to make them feel special …
